Hello, friends. I am a massage therapist and yoga teacher with a passion for simplicity. We live in a complex world and it’s easy to feel like our minds, bodies and emotions are complex too.

Massage and yoga offer us the time and space to press pause. Once we tune back in to the here and now, we begin to restore balance and harmony. We are free to move forward with peace and ease.

Update May 2020: This is a difficult time for lots of people. So I’m writing and recording free guided meditations to reduce anxiety and promote relaxation. These 30 min ‘Yoga Nidra for Anxiety’ sessions are available to stream on my Facebook page. Use Facebook link below. Most people who practice Yoga Nidra find it deeply relaxing. It relieves stress, calms the mind, soothes the nervous system and promotes high quality sleep. The best part? You don’t need to ‘do’ anything! Just lie comfortably under a blanket and listen to the teacher’s voice. I’m running a weekly live class via Zoom if you’d like to get more involved. Keep breathing. Stay positive!
